Refund policy
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, or if you have questions, please email me so that we can work out the details.
Returns
Jewelry
- Unworn jewelry may be returned for any reason for a full refund withing 15 days of the purchase date. provided you email me first to arrange a return. Jewelry must be returned in its original condition, and with similar packaging.
- If the jewelry is a gift, it may be exchanged with a jewelry item of equal value within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping is not refundable.
- If you are shipping items over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service. Otherwise I cannot guarantee your returned item will be received.
Analog Collages
- Returns may be made for artwork damaged in transit. I do my best to ensure your purchase is carefully packaged to arrive safely. If your package is damaged, please keep all packaging and email me to arrange a return.
Exchanges
If an item is a gift, it may be exchanged for an item of equal value within 30 days in its original condition. Buyer is responsible for new shipping costs.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong items please contact me so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Most items can be returned for refund minus shipping costs. The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Custom orders
- Items not in their original condition
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
When I’ve received and inspected your return, you will receive an email notifying you whether your item has been received, and approved or not approved for a refund. If approved, you will receive your refund through your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
