I want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, or if you have questions, please contact me so that I can address your concerns.
Returns
I have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from your purchase date to request a return. To start a return, please contact me first to start the return process. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Item(s) must be returned unworn, in original condition, and in similar packaging. You are responsible for shipping costs to return the item. Shipping is non-refundable.
If you are shipping items over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service. I cannot guarantee I will receive your returned item.
Exchanges
If an item is a gift, it may be exchanged for an item of equal value within 30 days in its original condition. Buyer is responsible for new shipping costs.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong items please contact me so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Most items can be returned for refund minus shipping costs. The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Custom orders
- Items not in their original condition
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
When I’ve received and inspected your return, you will receive an email notifying you whether your item has been received, and approved or not approved for a refund. If approved, you will receive your refund through your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
